This guide explains how to join the Nomad Nation server via Bedrock. The process is designed for ease of use – simply add the designated account as a friend, and the server should automatically appear in your server list in a few minutes.
- Open Minecraft Bedrock: Launch the Minecraft Bedrock Edition on your device (this includes mobile, console, and Windows 10/11).
- Navigate to Friends: On the main menu, select "Play." Then, navigate to the "Friends" tab.
- Add Friend: Click on "Add Friend."
- Enter Gamertag: In the "Enter Gamertag" field, type the following exactly:
NomadNation2022
- Send Friend Request: Press Enter or the appropriate button to send the friend request. Important: You do not need to wait for the friend request to be accepted. The server connection is based on the friend request being sent, not accepted.
- Check Your Servers List: After sending the friend request, return to the "Servers" tab. The Nomad Nation server should automatically appear in your server list under "Friends." It might take a few moments for it to show up.
- Join the Server: Click on the Nomad Nation server in your list and select "Join Server."
- Double-check Gamertag: Ensure you typed
NomadNation2022
correctly. Even a small typo will prevent the server from appearing.
- Internet Connection: Verify that you have a stable internet connection.
- Restart Minecraft: Sometimes, restarting the Minecraft app can resolve connection issues.
- Device Compatibility: Ensure your device is compatible with the Minecraft Bedrock Edition and that you have the latest version installed.
- Server Status: While unlikely, there's a possibility the server is temporarily offline. Check any communication channels (Discord, etc.) related to the server for announcements.
If you've followed these steps and are still unable to connect, please reach out to the staff on discord. Provide them with details about your device, Minecraft version, and any error messages you are receiving.
We look forward to seeing you on the server!
